I had hypnotherapy with Denise for depression and total lack of motivation. I was in a rut and didn’t have any energy for anything. As the sessions went on I found myself doing more, it started with going out for daily walks, then I joined the gym and started to meal plan for the week ahead to ensure that I ate healthily. I feel more like my old self now, taking that time each week for hypnotherapy was well worth it, plus I thoroughly enjoyed my weekly sessions with Denise.
